Production Shift Supervisor – Spinning Mill (Palladam)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage complete production activities during shift
- Monitor machine performance and production targets
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
- Manage manpower allocation and shift operations effectively
- Reduce production downtime and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
- Maintain shift reports and production records
- Ensure discipline and safety inside the production area Required Skills:
- Valuable knowledge in spinning production process
- Strong leadership and manpower handling skills
- Ability to manage shift independently
- Basic reporting and communication skills Qualification: D.T.T / Any Degree Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Spinning Mill Production Pay: ₹20,000.00
