Core Responsibilities 1. Making Outbound Calls
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
- Generate leads or sales through cold calling or follow-ups 2. Handling Inbound Calls
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
- Resolve complaints or direct issues to the relevant department 3. Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain a database of prospects and leads 4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention 5. Data Management
- Update customer information in CRM systems
- Record call details, feedback, and outcomes accurately Communication & Interpersonal Duties 6. Effective Communication
- Speak clearly and confidently
- Use persuasive skills to influence customer decisions 7. Active Listening
- Understand customer requirements and concerns
- Provide tailored solutions Administrative Tasks 8. Reporting
- Prepare daily call reports and performance updates
- Track progress against targets 9. Coordination
- Work with sales, marketing, or support teams
- Follow up on leads generated from campaigns Performance Expectations
- Meet call volume and conversion targets
- Maintain professionalism and positive attitude
