Operations Supervisor Office & Field Visits Senjeriputhur

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Hatchery Supervisor to oversee our operations. Based on your resume and skills, your role will involve either Office Administration or Field Supervision (Company/Site Visits). Maximum preference will be given to candidates who are ready for field visits and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

If selected for Field Supervisor (High Priority): Company & Site Visits: Regularly visit our hatchery sites, partner farms, and company locations to monitor daily operations. Supervision: Maintain quality control, oversee staff activities on the field, and ensure hatchery guidelines are followed. Reporting: Update the management about field status, production updates, and issues directly from the site.

If selected for Office Work / Admin (Based on Resume): Documentation: Maintain hatchery records, data entry, and employee attendance logs. Coordination: Act as a bridge between the field supervisors and the management, handling phone calls and emails. Inventory Management: Track stocks, feeds, and equipment requirements from the office.

Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Any Degree / Diploma or 12th pass. Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with valuable energy and learning mindsets are also welcome). Skills: Basic computer knowledge (for office work) or willing to learn.

Perks & Compensation: Salary: [₹15,000
- ₹22,000] per month (Negotiable based on experience). Allowances: Petrol allowance / Fuel conveyance will be provided separately for field visits. Job Type: Full time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
