Job Description

∙Responsible for overall technical leadership of the woven fabrics and home textiles

manufacturing operations

∙Ensures excellence in fabric engineering, process optimization, quality, innovation,

and cost efficiency while meeting customer, regulatory, and sustainability

requirements

∙Set quality standards from Raw material to finished goods

∙Implement robust quality assurance and quality control systems.

∙Address customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure

corrective/preventive actions.

∙Ensure compliance with buyer standards and certifications (OEKO-TEX®, ISO, REACH,

etc.).

∙Collaborate with sourcing and procurement on raw material specifications and

vendor approvals

∙Oversee all technical processes including weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing, and

inspection.

∙Establish and standardize operating procedures to ensure consistent quality.

∙Coordinate with current product development (NPD) to evaluate recent yarns,

constructions, finishes, and technologies to improve product performance and

aesthetics.

∙Provide technical feasibility inputs for customer developments and custom projects.
