Job Title: Workshop Service Manager

- ₹40,000 /month + Incentives] Location: Palladam,Tiruppur,Sulur,Somanaur Join Bharath TVS We are looking for a high-energy Service Manager to run our workshop. You will lead a skilled team of mechanics, drive service sales, and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction.What You Will Do
- Run the Workshop: Manage daily workflow, accurate job cards, and timely vehicle deliveries.
- Grow Business: Drive revenue via labor targets, parts sales, and TVS AMCs.
- Track Quality: Maintain low turnaround times (TAT) and zero-defect repairs.
- Lead the Team: Train, schedule, and motivate mechanics and service advisors.
- Handle Customers: Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain high CSAT scores.
- Manage Stock: Coordinate parts inventory and process warranty claims under TVS norms. Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in a 2-wheeler workshop (min. 2 years managing a team).
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- Tech Skills: Expert knowledge of TVS bikes/scooters, FI engines, and electricals.
- Software: Experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
- License: Valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory. Perks & Benefits
