Breeding Farm Supervisor (Palladam)

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and motivated Breeder Farm Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of a poultry breeder farm. The candidate will ensure proper bird management, production efficiency, biosecurity, and team supervision to achieve optimal farm performance. Even if you are new to breeder farm operations, proper training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily farm activities including feeding, watering, egg collection, and bird health monitoring
- Ensure proper breeder management practices for optimal fertility and hatchability
- Maintain strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks
- Monitor feed consumption, body weight, and production performance
- Coordinate vaccination schedules and basic veterinary care
- Maintain accurate records of production, mortality, and farm inputs
- Manage and guide farm workers for efficient operations
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of sheds and equipment
- Report daily/weekly farm performance to management Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in poultry breeder farm (Freshers with strong interest can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of breeder management and biosecurity practices
- Ability to handle farm labor and work in a rural farm environment
