Feedmill - Supervisor (Palladam)

Job Title: Feedmill Supervisor – Poultry Feed Mill Location: Palladam (Tiruppur) Job Type: Full time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Feedmill Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of our poultry feed mill. The candidate will ensure efficient production, quality control, and proper maintenance of feed manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily feed production activities (batching, mixing, grinding, pelletizing)
- Ensure feed is produced as per formulation and quality standards
- Monitor raw material usage and stock levels
- Maintain production records, batch reports, and daily logs
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of feed mill machinery
- Coordinate with procurement and farm teams for feed requirements
- Implement quality control measures and hygiene standards
- Manage labor/workers in the feed mill
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency
- Ensure safety protocols are followed inside the plant Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of poultry feed production process
- Understanding of raw materials (maize, soya, additives, etc.)
- Basic mechanical knowledge of feed mill equipment
- Ability to manage workers and production schedules
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP is an advantage) Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Agriculture / Poultry Science / Mechanical / Any relevant field
- Experience: Freshers or Minimum 2 years in feed mill / poultry industry Salary: Industry standards (based on experience) Additional Benefits:
