Poultry Farm Hatchery Manager (Palladam)

- Handle daily hatchery operations
- Monitor egg setting and hatching process
- Check egg quality before setting
- Maintain correct temperature, humidity, and ventilation in incubators
- Supervise incubator and hatcher machines
- Ensure valuable hatchability percentage
- Monitor chick quality and chick counting
- Maintain hatchery cleanliness and biosecurity
- Guide and supervise hatchery workers
- Prepare daily production and hatch reports
- Coordinate with breeder farm and transport team
- Monitor vaccine process in hatchery
- Handle chick dispatch activities
- Reduce egg breakage and hatchery losses
- Ensure proper fumigation and sanitation
- Check water, power backup, and equipment condition
- Inform maintenance team for machine problems
- Follow company SOP and safety procedures
- Maintain stock records of trays, chemicals, vaccines, and hatchery materials
- Train new workers on hatchery work procedures Pay: ₹40,000.00
