Bussiness Development Executive (Anna Salai)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting company services/products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
