We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting company services/products. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills Experience in B2B/B2C sales. Knowledge of digital marketing or industry-specific solutions. Solid networking and relationship management skills.
