Role Description An Engineering Manager (Projects) in the EPC industry is responsible for leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering activities from project conception through commissioning. The role focuses on ensuring technical quality, project execution, team coordination, compliance with engineering standards, and successful delivery within cost and schedule targets. Key Responsibilities
- Lead EPC engineering projects from concept to commissioning
- Manage and mentor mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams
- Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and CEMA standards
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams
- Represent engineering in client and vendor meetings
- Oversee design quality, project cost, and timelines Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Solid understanding of 3D design tools
- 12–18 years of EPC industry experience
- Minimum 5 years in leadership or managerial roles Industry EPC projects in heavy engineering sectors such as:
- Mining
