Markets: India & UAE (Mid-Market + Enterprise) About the Role We are looking for a hands-on B2B Growth & Outbound Marketing Lead to build and scale our enterprise acquisition engine for our AI product suite. This role is focused on creating predictable pipelines through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, and multi-channel engagement strategies. You won’t just execute campaigns, you’ll design the entire outbound funnel from scratch and optimize it for scale. Key Responsibilities
- Build Outbound Engine (0 → 1)
- Design and implement a complete B2B outbound strategy targeting mid-to-large enterprises
- Set up and optimize cold email infrastructure (domains, warming, deliverability, sequences)
- Create multi-channel outreach flows (email + LinkedIn + other touchpoints)
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Define ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) across industries
- Build and manage high-quality lead lists using tools and data platforms
- Segment audiences and personalize outreach at scale
- Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage cold email campaigns, follow-ups, and drip sequences
- Execute LinkedIn outreach (connect, nurture, convert)
- Experiment with additional channels (communities, partnerships, etc.)
- Funnel Optimization
- Track open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, and meetings booked
- Continuous A/B test messaging, subject lines, and targeting
- Improve deliverability and response quality
- Sales Alignment
- Work closely with founders/sales team to refine messaging and positioning
- Ensure smooth handoff from lead → meeting → pipeline
- Help define scripts and qualification criteria Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing / growth / SDR leadership
- Proven experience setting up outbound funnels from scratch (not just running them)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cold email tools (like Lemlist, Apollo.io, Smartlead, etc.)
- LinkedIn outreach strategies
- Deep understanding of email deliverability, domain setup, and scaling outreach
- Strong copywriting skills for cold outreach
- Experience targeting enterprise or mid-market clients is a big plus What We’re Looking For
- Someone who has actually booked meetings consistently through outbound
- Builder mindset — comfortable working from zero structure
- Data-driven thinker who understands what works and what doesn’t
- High ownership — this role directly impacts revenue Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI / SaaS / developer tools
