Platform engineer (Kottayam)

Company Description Dansen AI builds AI-powered operational intelligence for enterprises, supply chains and the public sector. We take the fragmented data organisations already sit on, scattered across dozens of systems, and fuse it into a single ontology, a live model of how their operations actually run. On top of that we run AI and automation that doesn't just show what's happening. It drives decisions and actions. Think a focused, deployable Foundry-style operational platform, built for real-world, mission-critical environments including government. We're already deploying with enterprise and public-sector clients and raising a pre-seed to scale.

Role Description This is a full-time, paid founding engineer role, remote across Germany/India with a competitive salary and meaningful founding equity. You'll own the platform end to end, from raw data in to decisions out, building it from the ground up and turning our early deployments into one repeatable product, working directly with the founders and shipping to real clients rapid. The platform is four layers. Ingestion and integration brings in messy real-world data from APIs, ERP/SAP exports, databases, spreadsheets, logs and event or video streams. The ontology, our core, models that data into entities, links and workflows that reflect how operations actually run. The AI and agent layer reasons over it for issue summaries, root-cause analysis, recommendations and natural-language Q&A; on approved read-only data. Customized dashboards then deliver executive views, KPIs, alerts and reports to each client. You'll also build the internal tooling that speeds up new deployments, the real-time computer vision on the NVIDIA stack (DeepStream, TensorRT) where a use case needs it, and deployment across cloud, on-prem, hybrid and secure environments.

Qualifications
- Strong software and data engineering: Python, SQL, data pipelines (Airflow/Dagster/Spark), APIs and streaming (Kafka). You can architect, not just implement.
