About the Role

SPAC WLL is a full-service media powerhouse based in Bahrain, delivering end-to-end solutions across digital media, print, branding, events, and marketing. We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead our advertising and PR function — someone who can own campaigns from strategy to execution while building solid client relationships and leading a creative team.

This is a high-visibility role for a leader who is sharp, creative, and a fast decision-maker. You'll be working across a diverse portfolio of clients, media channels, and formats, in a company that is growing fast and moving faster.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and overseeing advertising and PR campaigns from strategy through execution

Managing and inspiring a team of creative professionals

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Driving budget management, performance tracking, and market analysis

Delivering insights and continuous improvements across all campaigns

Owning client communication — proactive, clear, and solutions-oriented

What We're Looking For

Required

Proven experience in advertising, PR, or media leadership roles

Strong strategic planning and campaign execution skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities

Deep knowledge of digital advertising and social media strategies

MBA from a Tier 1 institution (IIM or equivalent) preferred

Ability to move rapid, make decisions with limited information, and own outcomes
