Operations Manager Kottayam

Our client is seeking a results-driven and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency, quality, and productivity of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives

Monitor KPIs and operational performance, implementing improvements as needed

Develop and refine operational policies, processes, and procedures to optimize productivity

Lead, coach, and support teams to ensure high performance and engagement

Coordinate with leadership and department heads on strategy execution and resource planning

Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships (as applicable)

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards

Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

4+ years of experience in operations or management roles

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with operational tools/software (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management platforms)
