Partnerships & Outreach Intern Kottayam

We are seeking a Partnerships & Outreach Intern to support creator collaborations, agency partnerships, and business development initiatives across lifestyle, wellness, fashion, business, and digital-first industries.

This is a rapid-paced execution workplace designed for individuals who enjoy networking, outreach, relationship-building, and gaining real exposure to how partnerships are built and managed at scale.

Performance-Based Incentives

Interns can earn approximately:

₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month based on outreach quality, partnership conversions, communication skills, and consistency.

High-performing candidates may transition into a full time role with compensation up to ₹3 LPA.

About the Role

As a Partnerships & Outreach Intern, you will identify creators, agencies, and potential business partners; execute outreach; coordinate collaborations; and assist in managing influencer campaigns and strategic partnerships.

You will work closely with the core team to understand how creator partnerships, agency relationships, and business collaborations are sourced, negotiated, and executed from start to finish.

Agency Research & Partnerships

Identify influencer marketing agencies, PR firms, and marketing agencies that may outsource creator sourcing requirements.

Build relationships with agency decision-makers.

Support partnership discussions and onboarding.

Outreach & Communication

Initiate outreach via:

Instagram DMs

Emails

WhatsApp

Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and business partners.

Conduct follow-ups and assist with onboarding.

Campaign & Partnership Coordination

Coordinate creator deliverables and posting schedules.

Ensure smooth campaign execution.
