About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Academic Counsellor to join our growing team at Primacy Academy. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding academic programs, career opportunities, admissions and training services.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in handling enquiries and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media leads Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities and program advantages Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission records Achieve monthly admission targets and counselling goals Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for admissions activities Maintain CRM/data records and prepare daily follow-up reports Support seminars, orientation programs and promotional events Build positive relationships with students and parents

Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in Malayalam and English Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email handling) Strong convincing and counselling ability Positive attitude and professional behavior Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace

Eligibility Any Degree / Diploma Freshers can apply Prior experience in education counselling, sales, telecalling or admissions will be an added advantage
