EntraID Senior Security Engineer (Kottayam)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Security Engineer to lead the technical delivery of Active Directory (AD) migration, consolidation, and identity modernization projects for enterprise customers. This individual will serve as the primary technical lead responsible for technical execution and mentoring delivery resources throughout the engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Active Directory and hybrid identity environments, strong experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), and working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure identity technologies. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring both technical depth and leadership presence.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead technical delivery for Active Directory migration and consolidation projects.
· Translate architectural designs into actionable workstreams and implementation tasks.
· Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and delivery risks.
· Validate technical deliverables to ensure alignment with best practices and project objectives.
· Assist in assessing existing identity and infrastructure environments.
· Validate and refine proposed migration and modernization strategies.
· Lead or support implementations involving Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, Entra Cloud Sync, and federation technologies.
· Develop and guide automation efforts using PowerShell and related tooling.
· Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders.
· Partner with Project Managers to align delivery timelines, milestones, and risks.

Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years of experience with Active Directory administration, engineering, and design.
· Solid experience with AD migration, consolidation, and restructuring initiatives.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), including synchronization and identity lifecycle management concepts.
