Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Technical Lead to architect and lead the delivery of solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience with Data Cloud, and a solid foundation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP). You will be responsible for designing scalable data architectures, managing ingestion and activation workflows, and integrating Data Cloud with other MarTech platforms to enable unified customer profiles and personalized experiences. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering. Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, unification, and activation Strong understanding of identity resolution, consent management, and customer profile stitching Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and data connectors Strong skills in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation Experience integrating Data Cloud with MarTech platforms (e.g., ESPs, CRMs, analytics tools) Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and performance optimization Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization Client-facing experience and ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders Familiarity with audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions Architect data models and ingest Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n1nzb
