Senior Associate, Incentive Compensation (Kottayam)

Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation (IC) Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the client as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. This role will use an understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan best drive desirable behaviour and produce performance. The associate also supports on all IC related ad hoc analytics and field reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation (IC) admin processes for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize SQL, Python and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
