Job Title: CAD Engineer Faculty – Civil (BIM) Location: CADCENTER IEE, Kottayam Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong technical skills may apply) Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and technically sound CAD Engineer Faculty – Civil (BIM) to join our CADCENTER Kottayam training division. The ideal candidate will deliver training on civil CAD and BIM tools to students and professionals, provide academic support, and assist in curriculum enhancement. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring in the field of design and engineering. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Civil CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, etc.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and project assignments as per the syllabus.
- Provide academic guidance and resolve student queries during and after sessions.
- Evaluate and assess student progress through practical assignments and exams.
- Ensure students receive hands-on experience through project-based learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in BIM and construction design technologies.
- Support CADCENTER marketing efforts through seminars, webinars, and workshops.
- Collaborate with other trainers and technical staff to maintain quality standards. Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (Architecture & Structure), Civil 3D, Navisworks, and STAAD.Pro.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching or mentoring experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and student development. Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of additional tools like Lumion, SketchUp, or Primavera is an advantage.
- Certification in BIM or related tools is a plus.
- Willingness to upgrade skills and learn new tools as per market trends.
