About the Role We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible forBOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment .Responsibilities Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projects Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material detailsTrack project costs and support in cost control and optimization Assist in project planning and execution support Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates Qualifications 2– 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying Age below 32 yearsBackground in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation Experience in residential interior projects Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow Strong analytical and communication skills Required SkillsBOQ Preparation Cost Estimation Interior Fit-out AutoCAD Vendor Coordination Project Coordination Preferred Skills Candidates from NICMAR (Pune) / RICS Experience in residential interior projects Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines Pay Range and Compensation Package As per industry standards
