Anokha Estates reflects a passion for design, perfection, and a commitment to creating extraordinary living spaces.Role Description The Senior Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all stages of estate development projects at Anokha Estates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, conducting inspections, ensuring seamless logistics and supply chain management, and expediting project deliverables. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with project specifications, maintain communication with stakeholders, and drive the successful completion of high-quality properties.Qualifications Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate projects. Skilled in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor to ensure project tasks and resources remain on schedule. Experience in conducting and leading Inspections to uphold quality standards and ensure adherence to project specifications.Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee supply chain operations and material delivery processes. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in an on-site role, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience in high-end or luxury real estate projects is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
