Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with experience in the hotel industry to manage billing, collections, and receivables. The role requires strong coordination with internal departments and clients to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.Key Responsibilities: Generate and process invoices for guests, corporate clients, and travel agents Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections Follow up on pending payments through calls and emails Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Reservations teams for accurate billingMaintain and review debtor ageing reports on daily and monthly basis Handle credit billing and ensure proper documentation for all transactions Assist in month-end closing and reporting related to receivables Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or FinanceMinimum 2 year of experience in Accounts Receivable within the hotel industry (mandatory) Familiarity with hotel billing systems and accounting software (e.g., IDS, Opera, Tally, Zoho, Ezee) Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and reconciliation Good communication and follow-up skillsProficiency in MS Excel Preferably looking out for local candidates and candidates that are currently based in Goa Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GST and taxation Experience handling corporate and OTA (Online Travel Agency) accounts Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Key Competencies:Time management Analytical thinking Interpersonal skills Accuracy and attention to detail
