Urgent Opening for a direct role with our esteemed client: We are looking for candidates who are currently working as Branch Manager,Area Manager or Cluster Manager. Position: Area Manager-Gold Loan Operations Work Location: Goa Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the overall performance of assigned Gold Loan branchesDrive business sourcing, customer acquisition, and revenue growth Ensure achievement of branch and area-level business targets Supervise branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards Lead, guide, and motivate branch teams for improved productivity and performanceMonitor portfolio quality, customer service standards, and operational efficiency Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews Coordinate with regional leadership on business strategies and execution Eligibility Criteria: 4–5 years of experience in Gold Loan operations Prior experience in branch handling or area/cluster management preferredStrong leadership, team handling, and business development skills Good understanding of Gold Loan products, operations, and market dynamics Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates familiar with the Goa market
