Job Title: Construction Manager Experience: 10–15 Years Location: Goa Preferred Industry Background: High-end Residential, (Villa&Apartments) Job description: To lead and manage the construction activities with a primary focus on External works, high-end finishing works and timely delivery of premium residential Villa units. The role demands excellence in quality, adherence to timelines, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction at handover.Key Responsibilities:• Plan, execute, and monitor construction activities with a strong focus on high-end finishing works and external works. • Ensure all finishing works are executed as per project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and approved mock-ups. • Prepare and manage detailed finishing schedules with clear sequencing of works to avoid delays or rework.• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and procurement for smooth and timely execution. • Monitor daily site progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards at every stage.• Review and approve method statements and quality checklists specific to finishing activities. • Manage site team, contractors, and labor effectively to ensure productivity and workmanship. • Conduct regular site meetings with contractors and vendors to track progress and resolve site issues.• Maintain and update project documentation including progress reports, snag lists, quality inspections, and material approvals. Required Skills and Experience: • Degree in Civil Engineering • 10–15 years of relevant experience in high-end real estate or hospitality projects with a major focus on finishing.• In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, Structural&External works application methods, and sequencing of works.• Proven track record in delivering projects on time with impeccable quality. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple contractors and agencies.
