Graphic Designer (Panaji)

Pythal is a premium baby brand offering luxury baby essentials and lifestyle products across India and the UAE. Our products are designed with a focus on elegance, comfort, quality, and contemporary parenting needs. As our brand continues to grow across retail and e-commerce channels, we are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our Goa office and help shape our visual identity.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer with experience in e-commerce, retail, and social media branding. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, luxury branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging designs that drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for social media, website, e-commerce platforms, and digital campaigns
- Create product banners, advertisements, packaging designs, brochures, and promotional materials
- Develop visually appealing content aligned with the brand’s luxury and premium identity
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for campaign concepts and executions
- Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and marketplace listings
- Edit and enhance product images for online stores and catalogs
- Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints
- Stay updated with design trends, especially in luxury, baby, retail, and lifestyle industries

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or baby brands preferred
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and color aesthetics
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
