Bakery Chef (Panaji)

- Prepare and bake bakery items (bread, buns, cakes, pastries, etc.) in large volumes.
- Ensure uniform quality, taste, and presentation across all batches.
- Develop standardized recipes and ensure adherence to them.
- Monitor and control production timelines to meet delivery schedules.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate procurement.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO method).
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards as per food safety regulations.
- Operate and oversee industrial baking equipment and machinery.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff and helpers.
- Minimize wastage and improve cost efficiency in production.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for order fulfillment.
