Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. Responsible for check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest queries, and maintaining a smooth flow of front office operations.
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Process guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Address guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, room service) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and room status.
- Operate the front office systems including PMS (Property Management System).
- Ensure all guest documentation and billing is complete and correct.
- Uphold security procedures and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain the lobby and front desk area in a clean and organized manner
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with PMS software like Opera/Fidelio is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts including weekends and holidays. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00
