Front Office Assistant Newtown

Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsible for check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest queries, and maintaining a smooth flow of front office operations. Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and skilled manner. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Process guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. Address guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, room service) to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and room status. Operate the front office systems including PMS (Property Management System). Ensure all guest documentation and billing is complete and correct. Uphold security procedures and confidentiality standards. Maintain the lobby and front desk area in a clean and organized manner Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Qualified appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge; experience with PMS software like Opera/Fidelio is preferred. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work adaptable shifts including weekends and holidays.
