Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic and people-oriented professional who will be responsible for recruiting field sales executives and representing the brand at various on-ground programs and events. This role blends talent acquisition with public relations, requiring strong communication, networking, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Screen candidates for role fit, communication skills, and sales aptitude Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire Build and maintain a solid pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness Visit sites as and when required for leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field 1
- 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales hiring preferred Solid understanding of sales roles (inside sales, field sales, B2B/B2C, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong stakeholder management skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Attributes Experience in high-volume or bulk hiring Strong negotiation and closing skills Data-driven mindset with attention to recruitment metrics
Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
