Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Area Manager at Confidential company The Area Manager will oversee daily logistics and fulfillment operations within an assigned region, ensuring service quality, on-time performance, and adherence to operational standards. Responsibilities include monitoring first, middle, and last mile activities, coordinating with regional operating centers, and using technology tools and dashboards to track performance, routes, and capacity utilization. The role will lead, support, and coach field and operations teams, manage partner relationships, and address escalations in a timely and qualified manner. The Area Manager will also analyze data to identify process improvements, manage costs, support compliance and safety practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong people leadership and team management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in first, middle, or last mile delivery environments.
