Medical Superintendent (Dolvi)

Role & responsibilities 1-To Manage the daily medical and administrative operations of the hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care. 2-To Develop and implement policies, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and quality management processes. 3-To supervise, motivate, and discipline medical staff, develop manpower plans, and foster a culture of excellence. 4-To oversee hospital budgets, manage resource allocation, and implement cost-control strategies. 5-To engage in strategic planning for the hospital's growth and the continuous improvement of services. 6-To optimize the use of hospital resources, including managing infrastructure and ensuring productive operations. 7-To lead and coordinate efforts during crisis situations to ensure effective responses. 8-To act as a liaison between medical staff and administrative functions, Local corporates, JSw plant OHCs and Plant Authorities and maintain an effective Grievance Redressal System for patients. 9-To take daily hospital rounds supervision and attend to patient and staff grievances, inspect drugs for stock positions of medicines and other items as per requirement. 10-Supervision of O.P.D. checking of records, admissions, discharge, OT list, waiting list, etc. 11-To check the registers and stocks of linen, drugs, dead stock articles, store articles Etc. periodically, and to report any irregularity therein. 12-The Medical Superintendent oversees the recruitment and training of medical and administrative staff. This includes designing training programs, fostering professional development, and establishing a positive work culture. 13-To assist in the formulation of Hospital Medical Policies 14- To coordinate with patients, patients relatives, patient counselling for Hospital tariff, Medical treatments, coordinating with Speciality Doctors. 15- To assist and coordinate with Hospital RMOs and JSW Plant OHCs doctors for Plant IOD/Emergency cases, Annual Health Check-ups Executive Health Check-ups,JSW Foundation camps or any other medical services conducting by the hospital. 16- Any other work assigned to you by the management on timely basis.
