IT Support Executive (Hardware, Software & Networking) (Panvel)

Job Title: IT Support Executive (Hardware, Software & Networking) Location: Panvel Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, CCTV systems, intercoms, and WiFi networks. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations and provide quick resolution to technical issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
- Manage and maintain WiFi networks, routers, and internet connectivity
- Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems
- Handle intercom system setup and maintenance
- Provide technical support to staff for IT-related issues
- Ensure regular system updates, backups, and security checks
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT services when required
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of all IT systems Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hardware & networking fundamentals
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience with CCTV and intercom systems
- Familiarity with Windows OS and basic software troubleshooting
- Problem-solving skills and quick response ability
- Positive communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Networking (CCNA/Hardware/Networking courses) is a plus Additional Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
