Key Responsibilities Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify client training requirements. Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs effectively. Develop training materials, presentations, PPTs, and learning content. Coordinate with SMEs, trainers, and internal stakeholders for smooth training execution. Manage session scheduling, dry runs, and training delivery operations. Handle Zoom/LMS coordination and participant communication. Monitor live training sessions and ensure smooth execution. Collect participant feedback and track attendance and assessments. Manage LMS updates, documentation, and training databases. Prepare post-training reports, client reports, and follow-up updates. Ensure SOP compliance, quality audits, and process reviews. Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and process optimization. Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless L&D; operations. Provide administrative and logistical support for training activities. Contribute to career development and overall process improvement initiatives.
