Job Summary Job Description: Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field Education: Bachelors Degree Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding
- Analyse requirement, assist in setting up our product including helping client gather data & enter it in the system
- Develop and maintain Client Relationships
- Advise clients on best practices to use product
- Followup on client needs, pending issues till software is smoothly in use
- Provide technical support to client
- Calling new customers to check if there are any issues, giving online demo if required.
- Answering customer queries via calls/emails.
- Adding knowledge base in our support platform to keep our chatbot up-to-date.
- Setting up and managing support ticketing platform. Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or customer support, preferably in software products.
- Fluent in English, Hindi.
- Preferably, experience in working on a client support platform. Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹28,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
