Position: BRE (Brand Relationship Executive / Sales Engineer) Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain sales growth for the company’s products.
- Coordinate with the Business Manager to set and achieve annual sales targets.
- Achieve maximum monthly incentives by meeting basket parameters under Sales Performance Monitoring Programs.
- Improve quotation conversion ratios through regular and effective follow-ups.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Strengthen and expand the VISL brand presence across new markets and locations.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and delight.
- Gather regular customer feedback regarding products and services for continuous improvement.
- Understand and address customer inquiries related to brands and business segments.
