Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Maintenance Incharge based in Karjat.

The Maintenance

Incharge will oversee the maintenance and repair of institutional facilities, ensuring their functionality and safety.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, scheduling and overseeing routine inspections, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating with external vendors. Additional responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure improvements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining maintenance records.

Qualifications Experience in facility or equipment maintenance, repair work, and preventive maintenance processes Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for identifying and fixing maintenance issues efficiently Management and supervision skills for overseeing and coordinating a team of maintenance staff Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards related to maintenance Proficiency in record-keeping and managing maintenance schedules Robust organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, building maintenance, or a related field is preferable Previous experience in a hospital or academic institution is an added advantage Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n3cvx
