Job Title : Field Sales Executive – Construction Industry (One Roof Solutions)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell a comprehensive range of construction materials and solutions required for building and infrastructure projects under a “One Roof” offering. The role involves on-site client visits, lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector

Visit construction sites, developers, contractors, architects, builders, and consultants regularly

Promote the company’s “One Roof” range of construction products and solutions

Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products

Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closures

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain robust relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payments

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing

Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies

Products May Include (Customize as needed)

Cement, steel, bricks, blocks

Ready-mix concrete (RMC)

Electrical, plumbing, and sanitary products

Tiles, flooring, paints, and adhesives

Structural and finishing materials

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)

1–5 years of field sales experience in construction materials/building products

Strong network with contractors, builders, developers, and project managers

Knowledge of construction sites and project sales cycles

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong field sales and relationship-building abilities

Target-driven and self-motivated

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Ability to understand technical product specifications
