Sales Manager Elevator & Escalator Khalapur

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our Elevator & Escalator division across India. This role will be responsible for driving national sales strategy, expanding market presence, and building solid client relationships within the industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in revenue growth, OEM onboarding, and leading a high-performing sales team while contributing to the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the national sales strategy for the Elevator & Escalator division Drive revenue growth and expand market share across India Identify and develop new business opportunities in elevator components Onboard leading OEMs and strengthen the client portfolio Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders Deliver technical presentations and provide end-to-end client support Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve targets Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and product launches Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions Represent the company at national and international industry expos
