: Retail Pharmacist Company: Godman Remedies LLP Location: Riss Gaon, Near ICICI Bank, Mohopada Employment Type: Full-Time Vacancy: 02 Position Overview Godman Remedies LLP is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage our retail franchise store operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between healthcare expertise and customer service, ensuring the safe distribution of medication while maintaining the highest standards of pharmacy practice. Key Responsibilities
· Prescription Management: Accurately prepare, verify, and dispense medications prescribed to patients.
· Clinical Consultation: Provide expert advice on dosages, side effects, and potential drug-drug interactions to ensure patient safety.
· Inventory & Compliance: Manage stock procurement, monitor expiry dates, and ensure all medications are stored under appropriate clinical conditions.
· Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous digital and physical records of all medications processed through the pharmacy.
· Community Healthcare: Conduct basic screening programs for common ailments (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol monitoring).
· Operational Excellence: Maintain a sterile, organized, and customer-friendly working environment.
· Last-Mile Delivery: Manage and execute the delivery of online orders to customers' doorsteps (primarily during afternoon slots). Qualifications & Requirements
· Education: Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm).
· License: Must be a Registered Pharmacist with a valid pharmacy council license.
· Logistics: Must possess a personal bike for medicine deliveries.
· Skills: Solid communication, clinical knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. Compensation & Benefits
· Fresher: ₹10,000 per month
· Experience (1+ Year): ₹15,000 per month
