The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in team management and business operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve branch targets and business goals. Develop Student Recruitment Strategies Monitor sales and operational performance and implement improvements. Maintain Academic Excellence and Quality Assurance. Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management.Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a team-leading role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Proficient in MS Office , CRM Softwires and basic business tools.
