Odoo Developer (Kannur)

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with manufacturing domain expertise to lead ERP implementations, v16-to-v19 upgrades, and full-cycle data migrations from requirements and design through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Develop and customize Odoo modules across Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Quality, and Accounting.
- Lead v16-to-v19 upgrade projects: impact analysis, module refactoring, and API compatibility.
- Plan and execute end-to-end data migration ensuring quality, integrity, and minimal disruption.
- Configure manufacturing flows work centers, routing, BOMs, production planning, and shop-floor dashboards.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, IoT/factory devices (PLC/SCADA, barcode scanners, etc.).
- Perform unit, integration, and performance testing; manage deployments and version control.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and deliver L2/L3 client support and training.
- 3 5 years of Odoo development experience (v13+; strong v16+ exposure).
- Proven deliveries in manufacturing Odoo projects (MRP, Inventory, Purchase, Quality).
- Solid Python, Odoo ORM, XML, QWeb, and PostgreSQL skills.
- Experience with Odoo upgrades, REST/JSON API integrations, and Linux/Git/CI-CD workflows.
- Good understanding of ERP flows: manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, costing, and accounting.
