Accounts Assistant (Ramanathapuram)

Company: Optima Poultry Pvt Ltd Location: Singanallur Position: Accounts Executive Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly
- Process vendor payments and follow up on customer collections
- Maintain GST-related records and support tax compliance activities
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Verify bills, expense statements, and supporting documents
- Generate MIS reports for management review
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
- Work with Tally ERP / Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and MS Excel for accounting and reporting activities Eligibility:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 1–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance preferred
- Hands-on experience in Tally, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and MS Excel
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, and accounting procedures
- Positive communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Candidate should be comfortable handling office coordination and operational responsibilities when required
