Guest Relation Executive (Ramanathapuram)

Job description: We are looking for an energetic, charming and highly skilled Guest Relations Executive ​ Languages: Proficiency in at least 3 languages, with Tamil being mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every patient from the moment they arrive, maintaining a calm and approachable presence at all times.
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly smile and positive demeanor
- Respond to inquiries and assist with patient needs, offering support in a polite, respectful, and courteous manner.
- Coordinate appointments, guide patients, and manage their expectations to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people in a professional and friendly manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage difficult or sensitive situations with patience and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
