We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily business operations. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our office, handling clerical tasks, managing communications, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. Clerical Support: Manage office correspondence by sorting and distributing incoming mail, emails, and packages, as well as preparing outgoing shipments.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Previous experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or administrative assistant is preferred, but robust organizational skills and a willingness to learn are highly valued. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Familiarity with standard office equipment like printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems. Document Management: Draft, format, and edit letters, emails, meeting minutes, and reports. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible. Scheduling & Calendars: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Assist in organizing company events or travel arrangements if required. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage office supplies (stationery, kitchen supplies, printer toner). Order replacements proactively to prevent shortages. Data Entry & Billing: Perform basic data entry tasks, update spreadsheets, and assist the finance team with sorting invoices, receipts, and basic expense tracking. Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen remain clean, organized, and skilled.
Pay: ₹9,000.00
- ₹16,000.00 per month
