Graphics Designer & Video Editor (Ramanathapuram)

Position: Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply) Shift: Day Shift Only Benefits: ESI. About the Role: We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a fresher passionate about visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics and compelling video content across various digital platforms, supporting our marketing and branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design (50%):
- Design a wide range of digital and print materials including social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and marketing collaterals.
- Create visually appealing layouts and assets for web and mobile applications.
- Prepare final print-ready files using industry-standard software.
- Adhere to and help evolve brand guidelines across all design work.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas. Video Editing (50%):
- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), advertisements, and internal communications.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound, color correction, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Work on a variety of content, from quick-turnaround social clips to longer-form promotional videos.
- Ensure video content is optimized for different platforms and formats. Mandatory Skills & Software Proficiency:
- CorelDRAW (Mandatory): Expert proficiency is required for vector-based design tasks.
- Adobe Photoshop: Strong skills in photo editing, compositing, and raster graphic creation.
- Adobe Illustrator: Proficiency in vector illustration and logo design.
- Figma: Basic understanding for collaborating on UI/UX designs and creating digital prototypes.
- Adobe After Effects: Ability to create basic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos.
- Adobe Premiere Pro: Proficient in non-linear video editing, sequencing, and basic audio editing.
- CapCut: Skill in using CapCut for quick, trendy edits optimized for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). Desired Candidate Profile:
- A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing skills in both graphic design (CorelDRAW/Illustrator projects) and video editing is a must.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to take direction, absorb feedback, and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
