- Delivery (Financial Services / BFSI) Location: Pune

With deep capabilities spanning Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Enterprise Platforms, and Managed Services, the organization partners with global enterprises to drive modernization, transformation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a senior delivery leader to own and scale large BFSI delivery portfolios, drive transformation programs, and build high-performing global delivery organizations. This is a high-impact executive leadership role with ownership across: Large-scale BFSI portfolios and strategic accounts Global delivery teams (100+ members across regions) P&L;, margins, utilization & delivery governance CXO stakeholder management and executive governance forums Multi-year transformation programs & managed services Agile, SAFe, DevOps and delivery modernization initiatives Building and mentoring senior delivery leadership Mandatory background: 18-20+ years of experience Recent experience in an IT Services / Digital Engineering organization (mandatory) Solid BFSI domain exposure
- Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Capital Markets, Treasury, Risk, Financial Services Experience managing large enterprise programs and delivery portfolios P&L; ownership and commercial accountability Strong CXO engagement experience Experience leading global teams and distributed delivery models Captive IT, internal IT, and product-only backgrounds will not be suitable Why consider this role?
