Key Responsibilities Manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for university officials Draft, type, and prepare official letters, reports, notices, and presentations Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally Maintain confidential files, documents, and academic records Coordinate meetings, seminars, workshops, and university events Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes Assist in student, faculty, and departmental communication Organise travel arrangements and accommodation for official visits Maintain office supplies and administrative records Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and deadlines Support day-to-day administrative operations of the department/office

Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Positive typing and documentation skills Robust organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Skills Knowledge of university administration procedures Ability to coordinate with faculty, students, and external agencies Robust time-management and problem-solving skills Professional etiquette and office management skills
