Position : Architect Experience: 2 to 8 years Job Location: Pune&Mumbai Qualifications- B.Arch. No of Vacancies: 1 Responsibilities - Immediate opportunities exist for‘Architects’ having min. 2 to 8+ years, industry experience, impeccable technical and computer skills, working knowledge of contracts administration and the ability to take the lead on multiple projects in the respective fields for large Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Institutional Buildings etc.- Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, Revit&Adobe suite. - Experience of working on Industrial Projects (Steel and concrete) - Thorough knowledge of development rules/NBC requirements - Preparation of Statutory approval drawings (MIDC) - Coordination with internal teams and with client - Preparation/ Checking of Construction drawings and BOQ- Preparation of Coordinated drawings Required Skills - Software: AutoCAD, Sketch up. If hands on Revit-3D, this will be added advantage Preferred Skills - Experience of working on Industrial Projects (Steel and concrete) Can Apply on -
